Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship with proper notice as outlined in the retainer agreement. Upon termination, all files and documents will be returned to the client.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
